Fun times @ Watkins Glen & Dunnville Autodrome!!

I just spend Monday and Tuesday at Watkins Glen with the Porsche Club of America Niagara Region Chapter. It was a Drivers Education two day event. We spent some time in the classroom and on the track learning about the Glen and improving our High Performance driving skills. It was my first time driving Watkins Glen, and I want MORE!!!

Also a big thanks to Lee @ Massive brakes for getting my calipers real quick!!!! Definitely would not have been as fun without them!! Here are some pics:

Just passed that mini!! Weee whooo

Oh ya and I also spent the Saturday before @ Dunnville Autodrome in Dunnville Canada. Much smaller track, all flat but super fun too!! Pics:

    So jealous.

I have so much work left to do before I'll be able to get mine on the track. :(

Looks like a hell of a lot of fun!
Do I see white gravel color on your tires??

LMAO at the tire at the apex.

The paddok is disintegrating concrete, very white. If you go off at this track its very rough, white tires are the least of your worries. Some nasty ditches and hay bales, especially turn 1!

Meh, the off track at Dunnville isnt bad if you ask me. Much worse places around the country to go off. The only place that has the potential to leave you with real damage is if you lose your brakes going into 1. Dunnville is probably the safest place to test and tune around IMO.

Most tracks have some runoff room, or at least smooth grass. Theres none at Dunville. 1 and 3 have serious ruts. I have seen cars end there day here.
