These camber plates came in my Spec E30 Stage 2 build kit from Carr Industries. I've only driven the car a few miles with the plates installed, but they seem like they will do the job just fine. They are very quiet, unlike the Ground Control race camber plates on my E36 and E46, which makes them very livable on the street, IMHO.
Does my install look right? The nut doesn't thread the whole way... maybe 4 full turns. Those spacers made to fit the Bilstein shock seem to really add some height to everything, and make it so that you can't thread the nut on all the way. I just don't see any other way to install everything. The bearing inner race should be thinner and the spacers shorter.

I have yet to install them last week I changed the engine and tranny so now I am just taking a bit of a break...Next week they should be on and then I will go to get it aligned and keep everyone informed.
Just got off the phone with Brian from Carr. Real nice guy, very helpful.
These plates will keep ride height nearly identical to stock upper mounts, where as their Ground Control plates that they are phasing out will lower it about 1/2" compared to stock mounts. He said they are very impressed with the overall quality of the plates. They are currently in stock, ready to ship.
I'll probably order a set tomorrow along with their IE Spece30 swaybar kit. I should have them installed this weekend or next week, I'll report back with the results.
They look to be very high-quality pieces. Saw a set of them last weekend.
According to CARR: "With the RUFF camber plates, the bolts are countersunk in the upper plate--so you don't have to remove the inner 2 bolts for additional camber."
They're a really good deal right now with the introductory price just over $200.
Do you think the stack height will raise ground clearance when compared to a stock upper mount? I just mounted some 16x8 et20 rota's with 205/50 r-comps and it's close... I actually wouldn't mind gaining a 1/2 inch or so. I'm going to have to roll the fenders as it is.
