Spec E30 vid - Mid Ohio

One of my most exciting races ever, thought I'd share it with you guys.

Spec E30 Action from Mid Ohio. The driver of the black car is Jeremy Lucas. Hats off to him for an awesome race to the very end

1:20-1:30...some where in there, was there a crash? I think I saw alittle spin out in the rearview. Awesome video

Good eye, that was Micheal Osborne who got spun. Just body damage he finished the race.

Sweet video, start was insane and you guys were really dicing it up there for a while.

How many other classes were on the track at once, four?

        Potsy.

GTS 1-4 started in front of us and 944 cup behind. So there was a total of 6 classes.

Damn good driving there. The last lap was great. I keep watching to compare your driving line to mine, I go a little wide on some of those turns...but then again my shitty/mismatched tires keep me from hitting the apex very well at the pace I want the car to be at.

Coolant temps were a bit low...

              Simon,

              Great video... exciting race.

what are you using as a camera mirror? I've been thinking about adding one in my car.

It is one of those clip on style wide angle mirrors that go over your regular mirror that you can get from Walmart, Pep boys etc. I just have it zip tied to the roll bar with a little padding at one end to make it point out the back as its a little off center from the camera. It is fine even just ziptied on, works great.

Wow, thanks - that was awesome! It's so hard to explain the E30 to people that don't understand. now I can just point them to this video :)

I screwed up my exit and he wasn't expecting me to be going slower, no harm no foul. Did some damage to his car none to mine.

Wish those bumpers had lined up a little better. :(
Sorry Simon, had no idea it was going to be anything more than a brush, glad you had no damage.
