    S14 oil pan baffle for autocross?

    Is the baffle mandatory for autocrossing? Anybody who knows, tell me about it.

          There's no reason to have a baffle if you're in an auto x. Those longest you're going to be in a corner is maybe 2 seconds? It's needed more for when you're on the track, with long right hand turns. But I guess it's good to have anyway.

            You can cavitate very easily on an autox course.

            Pretty much, if you're planning to do any sort of spirited driving, you need a baffle on that motor.

              better safe than sorry
              i found out on the day of the autocross that my front right sway bar link was missing, so i couldn't even drive it :( it was like driving on water
