The cost will be $10 per inch length. I make two finishes: a fine fine finish and a rough finish. The pic of the shifter in my car has the rougher finish. It's purpose is to provide more grip and has a suede-like feel to it.

The max diameter is 1.5''.

Each shifter will include a set screw, though I have found out that UUC shifters seem to be slightly thicker, so my shifter acts like a slip fit. Some OEM shifters might be thick enough as well.
