    r3vlimited for Mobile

I'd love to have a mobile version of the site accessible at a subdomain such as:

    Thoughts?

The forum is a pre-made Bulletin board system, unless vBulletin has a feature/plugin for mobile browsing, there really isn't a way for the admins to do this. My iPod touch is actually pretty easy to use with this site anyway, what are you trying to view it with?

I understand what this forum is being run on. There's a plethora of Mobile mods out for Vbulletin. I'd like to see a server side one implemented.

Tapatalk is a client side app for viewing forums:

Don't get me wrong, I can browse r3v just fine on both my iphone and Palm Pre. But with that advert at the top, things are just out of scale initially, and having a mobile based theme which is chosen based on URL would be so much better.

^^ yeah, I'd love a theme that didn't load any photos until I specifically clicked on them, and constrained the width to prevent horizontal scrolling.

^exactly kronus. The Banner/Ad's just throw my width's all off. Do you see the same problem?

Yep. There are iPhone apps for forums, but they require a server-side plugin.

vbulletin has a mobile theme. My local board uses it.
