    Hey Mods,

I appreciate you trying to keep the forums organized, but you should stop trying so hard. I keep seeing good threads thrown around to seemingly random forums, back and fourth. Granted, it is at times necessary, but not when you move them to the wrong place. In your attempt to clean the place up, you make many threads harder to find and leave shadows throughout the site. Example: this thread. If that's not "community discussion" then I don't know what is. Yet its been moved to OT. Do I really care about one small thread? Not really. However after seeing threads jumbled and misplaced time and time again, I thought its time to say something. Other than that, keep up the good work.

I was thinking the same thing about this thread. It should have stayed where it was, too many thread moves.

it was in general, now its in off-topic where it should be...I dont see a problem?

If members would take the .5 seconds it takes to think about which forum threads actually belong in, people wouldn't get their feelings hurt when we correct said mistakes.

The thread isn't off topic though, it relates to a member of the forum and some car parts.

No offense mate, but if you would take the .5 seconds to actually read the forum descriptions, r3vlimited would be a better site. Is that too much to ask?

I didnt think I posted it in the wrong forum as I usually think about it to some extent. Its cool though, if the mods feel it needs to be moved, Im not going to lose sleep over it.

              :)

Who cares, honestly? If a mod feels it should be moved to a certain section, it's their opinion they get to uphold. That's why there's moderators doing the moving - could you imagine if every member had the ability to move threads around where they thought they should go?

You're not always going to agree with every move or every decision a mod makes - even I don't sometimes - that's because we're all individuals, and if we weren't, life would be boring as all fuckin hell and we'd all drive Camrys.

Moving threads is a matter of opinion, and it is the opinion of the mods that counts. So long as the shadow is left where the thread was originally posted and responded to, what's the big deal?
