a way to view posts only by OP

I would really like a feature that would allow me to go into a thread and see only posts made by the OP. I know I can click on their username and select the option to view more posts by the user, but then I have to view one post, go back, click on the next, etc. This is why I want the feature:

Every time I go into a build thread, project, etc, I just want to see what the OP posted. I don't need to read an infinite amount of random retarded opinions. How many times do I need to scroll through "why don't you just do an m50 swap?", or "you should really black out your trim", or "+1", and not to mention the all time best: the person who quotes 10 huge pictures just to say "nice".

We currently have people replying to their own post three or four times to reserve spots so that all the relevant info can be together. Wouldn't it be nice if there was an feature so all threads could be viewed like that?

Interesting idea, this would be nice. Doesn't sound like it'd be incredibly hard to implement, either.

You can do it in an individual thread by selecting Search This Thread > Advanced Search, then searching for the OP's username.

It does give you the "searched for" layout like you described, though as a workaround you can CTRL+click on each link to see each post in its own tab.

Nothing 100% that way exists in VBulletin 3.7.X. We are testing (currently actually) upgrades to 5.0 however I don't think that functionality exists in that version either.
