Can't upload photos to the gallery

Every time I try it takes for ever and eventualy pops up an error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

hmmm, the file size isnt' too big is it? bc sometimes that could delay the process,,, causing an error

well it's working now, exact same pictures, maybe it was something on my end
