When a mod locks a thread, don't you think it defeats the purpose of the thread being "locked" if another moderator can post in said thread after it's been "locked"? I point you to exhibit A:

After all, it hardly seems to be locked then, does it? This is reminiscent of some countries, where 95% of the power is wielded by 5% of the population. I formally request (suggest) that from hence-forth, that if a thread is locked by one mod, that no other mod be allowed to post after the thread is locked. It smacks of "We get the last say..." Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.

That goes with them not all being on the same page. Back when I was a mod I would kill pointless threads only to have them revived and reopened so someone could get more bullshit in.

It happens when there isnt a set of operational guidelines set to homogenize things.

I think he's got a good point. It doesnt' matter if Matt "owns" the place.... cause he doesn't. I guess technically someone else does. But regardless.... he's right.
