Spam really pisses me off. Spammers posting on a forum that I am an active member of is like a stranger coming into my house and spitting on the floor. I just don't like the disrespect it shows to the members of this forum.

lol, why not make it so that you have to solve a captcha for your first five posts, or solve a simple math problem? Or better yet, solve some basic algebra, that way there are less idiots posting here. :D

How about we have a keyword to enter when we see spam posts?

How about spammer in all caps? Then we just tag the threads. A mod runs a search, and deletes all tagged threads. Easy.

Or just use the report post functionality that's already built in to both Tapatalk and the browser version of vBull...

It's blindingly obvious when a mod runs a "view new posts" search as to which threads are spam.

I delete probably 20 threads a day (no joke) and I would say the other mods are at similar levels. If you guys are whining about seeing 10 a day, you'd be shocked at us leaving them be for a day.
