Could we get them to slap on a small r3v script on the sleeve or something and sell them as a gb?

why don't you just do the window sticker design across the front? and maybe something on the back?

...i'm making one as a model for M42club.com with M42lub.com (with the bmw logo as the dot), with a BIG E30 on the back... and 318i and 318is on the left and right sleeves... gotta love screenprinting class...

                basic design example:
                "got bimmer? We Do" (front)
                www.r3vlimited.com (back)

For the sleeves we should do the below pics, one on one sleeve and the other on the oppisite sleeve. I would be in for a shirt, just wanting to get the vert some love.

I'm not really into the whole "r3vlimited" t-shirts idea, but that's just my 2 cents.

There is also www.Cafepress.com that can administer T-shirt sales. You just provide the logo. They sell the shirts and the administrator for the club can decide whether to take a cut or not. I'm not endorsing them though. I bought a shirt from them to see the quality, and was not impressed.

Word of warning is many of these companies do more of an iron-on type process than a true ink-screened process. the iron-on graphics don't hold up to laundering as well as a true ink screened graphic.

The iron-on process allows them to not really have to carry inventory. They just generate the graphic out of a printer for each order and iron it on.

The higher quality ink-screen process involves making screens and you need to do at least a hundred shirts at a time to make it cost effective. The "M Team" shirts we do for the picnic are an example of the ink screen process.

There are a couple of different process for the "iron-on" method. Some have better quality (meaning will last through more launderings). I would get a sample of anyone you are considering, wash it a few times and see how it holds up.

Life is too short for cheaply made shirts.

Whatever you do, get at least a quality shirt made. None of the crappy iron on shit. THose just look like ass. Not sure if cafepress et all do it like that but if they do, dont even bother.

                          Just my 2 cents.
