Photoshop request sticky somewhere?

We get a lot of threads requesting photoshops, and i've seen a number of people who 'advertise' pshop services in their sigs. perhaps we should have a sticky in appearance where people can make their requests, or at least the guys who are willing to help can say "i'm willing to help"

Hell, looking at some of the other sites, there are solely P-shop forums.

Perhaps that would deserve a trial. If we move the old threads over, there's an easy 50 threads in there already.
