OT section should only be visible to members

while i'm at it- I vote to make the OT section visible only to members. this cuts out the lurkers... and IIRC we had it set up this way a while ago... why did we switch?

I'd take it one step further and lock 'em out of the classified sections too - they have no business looking at things like that if they can't take the time to register - let 'em duke it out on fleabay.
