been getting a lot of these lately. internal server errors, slow to load, drags then double posts. is this just my computer?

also when you post in a thread and your searching back through stuff and click on new post its like you never posted in a thread and when you click on it then your post will show up.

I had that happen to me last night as well when I tried logging in. It did it three times in a row, so I waited 30 minutes or so and was able to get logged in with no problem. Other than that I have never seen such a screen and figured James was doing some tweaking or something...

at 2:00am the server does maintenance/optimizations/backups which brings the site down for a little (very I/O intensive)

This sint just at 2am or the early morning.
I get this most of the time during the day between 5 and 10pm.

okay how long has it been happening? We are running some pretty new technology that has some kinks, but other then the advertising engine being offline currently and the 2am backup push I'm unaware of a 500 error.

Its probably IIS-7 and PHP 5 fighting again.

im dragging pretty bad even right now. at a lil past noon. i dont think its my comp as i can cruise easily on bf or s14. im not turbed or anything about it, just wanted to make someone aware of it.

edit: its taking 15-20 seconds to post replies, about the same to post a edit.

yeah its about 3:30 here and Post have been taking forever to post...
pages start to load and say done on the bottom of the screen and the page is still white.

this is really weird, I have been on r3v throughout the day and have not found a single problem or slowdown. Fast as hell.

BUT if you are getting HTTP500 errors, something is going on.

It was happening to me last night about the same time you said about this, http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/show...8&postcount=22 But today it's running just fine with no errors (been on here since around 5pm EST).
