    thread text preview

    On most of the other forums I'm on you can hover your pointer over the thread title and it will show you a preview of the first post, why not here?

      It's been proposed before, and we're not doing it. Most people hate it, including myself.

        why do peolple not like it, it lets me easily decide whether or not to it's what I'm looking for?

                That's what I do, use New Posts to find them, then middle click to open the ones I'm interested in. Glance at them, then close the tab if I don't want to read it and move to the next one.
