Yahoo and AOL block all kinds of emails that I am getting tired of dealing with, we meet all standards in terms of reverse lookup, fqdn, etc and they keep blocking me as spam.

Get a real email provider or don't have e-mail notifications, sorry but I'm tired of dealing with companies that just don't give a rats ass.

worked for me, but now I have the option turned off

just check the "spam" folder and mark the ones you want as "not spam"

Gmail works, but I've found that notification e-mails get sent out about an hour after PMs are received. Any reason for this delay?

I have never had any delay... Literally I'll be on here, get a pm, then check my mail, and BOOM, there it is.
