Who here is the wizard that can figure this out?

When I log on it blows out Tim and vis versa. Sometimes I just cant log him out and log in and vis versa. Out in the shop there is no problem at all anyone can log in any time.

All of our terminals are on the same ADSL connection and we use Windows 2000.
