Convertible mechanical issues - need shop recommendations (Bay Area)

I have a 325i with a motorized convertible top. However, the motor doesn't engage when I attempted to operate the top, and there's no audible sound of the motor in motion. I've already inspected and replaced all the fuses, but the problem persists. Could anyone suggest a reputable Bay Area shop where I can take my car for repairs? Thanks in advance.

I've had the same prob ... it's frustrating ... I can't find anyone in the bay area to work on the electric top, either ... mine has the same issue as yours ... I believe the problem is that the micro processors need to be reset since you feel it isn't a fuse issue ... my only lead for you would be to contact bavarian professionals in berkeley ... 510.524.6000 ... I took my cabrio in there 20 yrs ago & got the electric top operating great ... & mine had a broken frame that they had to weld ... they are on the pricey side ... ask for nate
