On 80 west thru vaca and Fairfield I just seen a beat up late model schwarz missing a rear bumper, definitely a drift car it was followed directly by a multi colored s13 coupe that was slammed and a slammed red Miata.

I you ask me, sounds like they don't know how to drive. There is no excuse for contact with anything (unless its an animal that jumps out in front of you, and/or attacks you first.) Those are the sorts of cars that I will put as much space between them and myself as possible, as quickly as possible. You never know if they are about to pull some b.s. like what happened in Oakland.
