Hey guys,
I've been detailing for the BMW community for a while now, and I feel like I am financially well-off enough to donate my earnings for the first part of this summer to this mission I am taking in July.
I am going along on a medical relief mission to Uganda with a selection of doctors and nurses from my mother's hospital (Saddleback Medical in Laguna Hills, CA). We're taking along medical tools and supplies to aid the St. Joseph's clinic and joint orphanage. This is going to be an awesome trip and I can't wait to meet Peter Kizza (the founder of the orphanage and a completely self-taught practitioner) and help out with whatever I can at the orphanage and medical clinic. As a team, we hope to better the knowledge of the medical staff there and spend some quality time with the orphans and patients of the clinic.
Here is the website we have online for the mission this year: http://us2uganda2009.com/
The reason I'm posting this here is because all the medical supplies we are bringing over to the clinic and orphanage is paid out of the pockets of the relief group. I'm putting at least $500 of my own money into this and I hope to put as much more in as I can. I have no problem donating 100% of what I earn detailing for you guys, so all the support and help I can get is greatly appreciated!
I'm offering the detailing services again to the r3v guys for whoever wants to help me and the US to Uganda mission in mid July. For any detail package or work I do for you, I will donate 100% of the proceeds I earn to purchasing medical supplies for the mission.
For those of you who haven't heard of my detailing service, take a search in the Show and Shine section on bimmerforums.com under user name TheJakeR (that's me) and a good amount of posted pictures and details will come up. If you'd like some more pictures, i'll be happy to forward some your way. Here's a recent one I did a few weeks ago:
For anyone who needs a pricing schedule, I'd be happy to email one to them. I'm located in the Orange County area, but can travel to San Diego, or Los Angeles (all my detailing supplies are mobile).
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you guys! I'm very thankful of all the support the BMW community has given me in my business endeavor and hope to continue serving you all in the future!
Best,
Jake
