That really sucks to hear what happen to your wheels and car but just a fyi, even if you do find the culprit, unless you have a proof of purchase, serial number, or a confession by the thief, its gonna be hard to press charges let alone get your wheels back. Its gonna be your word against his.:(

Man, that really sucks. I've always wondered why wheels didn't have some sort of anti-theft device. Like you'd need the car's key to remove the bolt cap etc..

I'll keep an eye out for them on CL 4 u.
