        meh, i got an email saying something about getting back to me by the 15th of february. doesn't help me much right now.

            I don't know how everyone says they get burned on R3V so much, I haven't had a problem in over 8 years on here.

                    I changed the valve cover gasket since it was leaking, but does anyone know what those 2 rubber things are below the gasket? There is another set across from the ones in the picture below as well. (see picture below)

                        Those are called "half moons" or "rocker plugs". They should be replaced.

                            Thanks Jim and I'm not sure yet, the touring was fun, low miliage and lots of potential but the specific "grocery getter part" did not work. Rear seat is smaller then I expected, hardly any leg room and my kids are growing., so for the mean time I will just fix the EXPLORER and ride it till the wheels fall off.

                                @e30trooper: When I have time later tonight or tomorrow I will be cleaning the dirty parts of the engine. I'm running of 4 hours of sleep atm.
