Why is it so hard to find a frickin e30 in Socal right now? Am I looking in the right places?

This! you wont find a PB 5speed 325i/is for under 2500.

yea you can you just have to jump on it as soon as it post up...
but then people get picky about interior, valve covers dirty, or a little exhaust leak..etc.. then it gets harder.

If my gas gauge is jumping like crazy is that my cluster or sender?

Time to change both senders, but usually the passenger side is bad.

before you do that check the 8mm (or 6mm i forgot) nut on the back of the gauge mine was lose and tightened it up and fixed everything
