Actually, It has a brand new steering rack, newer obc, valve adjustment, timing belt, tensioner, other belts, apa tie rods, all diff seals replaced, water pump. fluids flushed, oil change.
All it needs was driveshaft support bearing, and I gave him the blower motor resistor it needed.
It is a great car, it had 156k original miles, and I had all records since new...
and every vin tag intact on every panel. I also disclosed to him about the surface rust and EVERYTHING ELSE!
So I believe IMO I was honest about everything.
I paid about $1200 in work for parts and labor.

actually apa tie rods will not make a difference. Only thing apa I put on that car.
When I worked at bma we never had a return on those and sold tons
