hate to burst the meet bubble but I doubt these will last much longer. Eventually the rent-a-cops will turn into real cops and they will enforce the no loitering rule. We may need to start searching for a different meeting spot. Maybe something closer to the 101 or the 405? the plant is really far away from the 101. Its a lot of street driving to get there. I know it souns like Im bitching and moaing but we all knowits true for the people tht dont live down the street.

And really think about the location ad what is happening to it.

I'm with you on this one Taylor and I would go look for a new place myself but I'm not so close either. Maybe someone from the SFV.....hint hint (Lifestyle 101) can do the scouting for us.

I remember when we chilled behind the in-n-out we never had anyone try to kick us out, matter of fact I think we even took pix with the cops admireing our cars (maybe not mine). Why don't we hang out back there as opposed to in front of Home Depot like day laborers.....lol

why not somewhere more central? Griffith park observatory. its to everybody's convenience and has a great view.
except it would have to be in the day time as they close the entrance at sundown.

ok, so i guess we can save the observatory for a sat or sun day meet.

Robert I really like the idea of meeting at the griffith park (The Observatory).

In order to take over the prime parking spaces, we would need to be ther super early, we I'm down with the idea!

if youd like a location close to the 101 and 405 the best buy off van nuys and ventura has a nice parking lot and i dont think cops would bug.

I never understood why we changed to meets during the week anyway. When these first started they were always on Saturdays. I like the observatory but Im not really down for a day meet. The Dockweiler OGs know first hand how day time meets go. FTL.

I think we just need to do a little more scouting and research on the area. I bet we can find a place that is in a good location and in an area where the cops couldnt care less.

yeah i drive 35 miles to the van nuys meet.....theres still time to find new spots, maybe even the "south bay" would be nice wink wink
