    Socal coastal - watch out! Possible tsunami!

    The 8.8 earthquake in Chile kicked off bigass waves all across the Pacific.

    Tsunami warning declared for all Pacific coastal areas. If you're on the beach (or close to it) you should consider getting away from there for at least a few hours. ETA = 9:15 AM

      it was actually 9:15 hawaiian standard time.. I am not awake enough to figure that out in PST.

                        I just got back from the beach. No higher or lower than the usual tides. The current seemed ordinary as well.
