i dont know if i should wait it out or something, :? just received a call from the
people at progressive about the accident, they said that her damages will be covered
by them, (me) and that for the moment everything remains the same for me.

i have no clue as to the inner workings of insurance co's. what do you suggest?

Well if its up in may then ya just wait it out plus you have an open claim with progressive..so just wait till everythings done and you do have pics of the car you hit right?
