Are powder coated rims easier to clean?
Does brake dust stuck to it like non painted? It almost looks like you just need to
hose them of from how shinny the powder coat is.

m50 valve cover would be the same price as the m20 valve cover.

It's a bit easier. The coating is like a hard plastic so the dust shouldnt stick to it as easy, but the best way to avoid brake dust sticking is to clean the wheels once a week or so.

Update: Our new oven is a go for 17s. We are ordering media blasting equiptment later this week/early next week.

I should mention that to have a style 5 package like that done (centers in whatever color, bolts in whatever color) is 200$ for the set!

Sorry bud, as of right now I cant dismount tires. We are looking into this for the future (6 months +).

If you look around theres small shops here and there that will do it for pretty cheap. Usually if the tires are junk shops will do it for free if you give them the tires for recycling. Small indy shops will mount/balance for cheap (5-10$ea). Stay away from goodyear, wheel works, etc. Calderons tires down in slo would hook me up all the time, free mount/balace, 10$ tire fixes, etc. They have a few shops in the south bay area, yes it doesnt help you, but you get the idea.

Well I'd need them dismounted, then you powder coat mah rimz, then mounted again, and that would be expensive.
