Hopefully next time we can fine a nice empty road or long freeway on ramp and line them up. I have no clue how fast my car is compared to others and your looked to be impressivley quick.

No LSD. No E46 has an LSD factory accept a M3. And No point in me having an LSD when it's an auto:).
My Current diff is a 3.46. I may change the diff with an LSD when I swap a 5 or 6spd manual trans in it.

Sure there is. Thats one step towards your tranny swap. I know bimmerworld installs them in their customer's e46s. Think they go for $3k so it would probably be cheaper to score one off a wrecked m3.
