take of where the icv goes and spray carb cleaner while cranking. if it feels like it wants to start then check your fuel rail harness.

        crank sensor is good.
i just checked the throttle position sensor and its not reading WOT
could that keep my engine from starting?

i dont have any carb cleaner but i did send power to the injectors and they all seem to be opperating.

clean the ICV with bake cleaner and make sure it's completely dry before you put it back.

Check the connection of the injector harness to the main harness, your injectors may be disconnected due to corrosion in the connectors. If you have spark then your crank sensor is good. If you have fuel in the rail and your timing belt is ok then your injectors most likely is not getting power.

Your injectors must be clicking when you're cranking. Even if they are good but not getting power while cranking then your car will not start.

so while i was cleaning the ICV i noticed that i can move the little part inside with my finger and i can also make it move by softly shacking it. do i have a bad ICV? or is that normal?

There's a semi-big round connector under the intake manifold by the block. I'd say roughly 1.5" in diameter. Unscrew it and check the pins for corrosion.

How does the cranking rhythm sound? Normal? Slower than usual?

Dont focus too much on the ICV, that's not your problem for sure.

sounds normal, when i disconected the number 1 injector connector it made a backfire noise(not loud) out of the tail pipe while i was cranking it.

i bought a new cap and rotor will be puting that on today and ill also check the injector harness connector for damage.
