***n/m, just gave in and got it fixed at a shop***
I bought an E30 from a r3v member in socal a few months back. Been too busy to get it myself, so I finally got a friend to go down there and drive it up here to Portland. He got as far as Soledad before the car started acting up. It points to either a bad alternator or a dead battery, but now he can't get the trunk open for some reason to check the battery.
Is there anyone on here who is mechanically inclined and would be able to help out with fixing the car? I will obviously pay you for your time/gas/etc. I don't know anyone in that area who can work on BMW's and it's too far away for me to just come fix it myself.
