Need someone to check out my car Sacramento area

So I bought this e30 for $500, then I found out it needed a tranny so I bought one, but its still sitting in the trunk of my car. When I went to take it to put the tranny on the starter went out so there was no way Of me getting it to the place for the tranny. Well what im asking if anyone in Sacramento Citrus heights area that has some spair time could maybe stop by and skim thru the car and tell me if its even worth fixing before I dump more money on to the car and buy a starter. Please and thnx in advance.
