fuck yes it is. I CC (conceal Carry) all day, every day. to get a permit its just a back ground check, $73 and 3-5 business day. then you have your card and it lasts for life. also, most other states are reciprocal to GA CC/OC card. INCLUDING CA. hahaha. so I can go back to CA and CC legally.
