Ive decided to open my humble abode and host a CarBeQue/meet/party/super duper... with the encouragement of some recent very cool events/gatherings.

Event Date: Saturday, SEPT. 10

I'm planning on charging $5 per vehicle.. which includes.. event entry, one voucher for a burger(or hotdog)/soda or water/one raffle entry.
I figure charging per vehicle, some peeps have the option to carpool. Im hoping i can get a good idea from this thread, of exactly how much i need to put forward to make this a great event:up:

We plan to have music, food, cars, and good peeps all day.Its gonna be BYOB, we will be selling burgers,dogs and drinks($1 each) if you are still hungry.... also.... we will have a small raffle/giveaway by Castros, Guten Parts and others are going to be there and donating a few things. Im still working on getting more items/ services provided for the raffle so stay tuned.

Let's see what SoCal is all about. Talked to ACNico last night as well. He maybe flying out as well. Also have messages out to SSF, IE, BMWPedals.com, WorldPac, AKG, BMW NA etc for donations as well.
No idea where you all are planning on doing this but cat is out of the bag, get ready.

Not only are we in if Levent is there... We are always up for the E30 crowd and will toss in a set of pedals for the raffle. (and will honor the coupon for any BMW you drive)

No E30 in the stable yet so will have to park in the north 40

the thing about alot of our local events is the +30% of people that show up un-announced just because they're not active on the boards, i don't think L will be disappointed.
