Unfortunately, the closer this day gets, the less logical it is for me to go. I have a 6pm load in/soundcheck for a gig in San Diego, which really means 5:30. If I want to get there on time and leave early enough to include any possible traffic jams, I'd have to leave the CarB-cue by 2:30.

Knowing how much fun I'd be having, leaving within 2.5 hours will be next to impossible, I'll start drinking heavily, stay all night and miss my gig entirely. Then I'm out $200.

Also, it's starting to not make sense for me to make a 250 mile round trip for a few short hours.

I'm saddened by this, but it's the only logical thing to do. I had a great time meeting y'all at the Mission Beach meet and I was looking forward to hanging again, meeting some new people, and SEEING LEVENT! I'm headed back east for now, but I'll be back out in SoCal before you know it, going to meets......hopefully in an e24 or e9.

Levent, now you have to rep the East Coast stronger than before.
