Gragage space wanted

I am looking for some garage space to store and work on my 2002. I am currently getting all the stuff together for my m20 swap, which I plan to start in February.
I dont have a lot of stuff, just the car, a m20 on a stand, a g240, a few other odds and ends, a few small tool boxes.
If anyone has some space they would be willing to let me rent in, around, or between SF and San Rafael (where I live) that would be great!
If you have some space or know of a place I could find some space please send me a PM.

thats a hard one. most storage places in cali have a "no work" rule in case some dumb ass hurts them selves and them blames it on the storage company and sews them.
i think i found a communal work space in the east bay that might work out. still looking for other options though.
