    Job Opening in Sacramento area.

I have already contacted a few local R3V guys about this opportunity, but I would like to extend a wider net.

I won't have time to talk on the phone about this, we ask that you email or fax a resume, and then we discuss each applicant as a group.

    Posting:

Ground Control Suspension in Shingle Springs is adding to the staff, and we are looking for somebody else like us. We are all car enthusiasts, we work hard and enjoy building really cool stuff for our customers. We turn up the radio, we barbecue at lunch, and go to the racetrack on the weekend.

Every day is different than the next, and most jobs are custom made. There are guys here who can weld, who can machine on the lathe, and prototype custom parts on race or street cars. We need one more.

Here are some of the qualities that help you get a job with us:
Enthusiasm for making the very best parts possible. Ideas to improve on what we have. The drive to be on time and make sure our customers are ecstatic when they open their packages from Ground Control. Attention to detail is a must. (very important here)

Somebody is going to score an awesome job. I know I'd be applying if it were not a 400 mile (one way) commute.

Yes, you were one of the top guys last time around.

For people who may wonder why there is an opening:

2011 has been the busiest year in the last 7 or 8 years, and one of the guys has joined the Air Force after working here since he was in high school.

We actually have two openings, and if you are good at website/blog stuff, please apply also.
