Machine shop in OC?

Im wanting to shave off the crash protector and tap screw holes on my momo hub to make it shorter for my quick release. Does anyone one know a place in OC that can do this? I appreciate the help.

theres a few here in santa ana...but the only one i have gotten something machined was at the santa ana speed center....the people that work at the front desk are shady though and the people that machine stuff are coold i bought them beers and they machined some bike parts for me
