I would have no problem with an outline of an E30.

THE outline of an E30 that's on the front of the jacket is the MY design, even down to the shape/dashed line design of the windows. I'm not getting upset or even saying he can't use it. I told him I would think it over. I would simply prefer the logo I designed for R3VLimited be used only on R3VLimited products, things like stickers, t-shirts that were made in the past, etc.

I don't care if it's an awesome boathouse jacket but, the front of the jacket is clearly plagiarized (pirated? what's the right term, here?) Where's the back from? A vector image of an already available photograph? ...because it looks very similar.

No luck on finding any info on the back outline. I talked to ethirtyiS who i thought was the designer, he had no info on it either. I'm not trying to "pirate" anything. If something comes up where they don't want it to be printed i'll simply take it down and ask dvck or someone else to help out.

Yeah right now it's not my call, Janderson said he'd think about it. There seems to be a good amount of interest right now. I have until Sunday to have 24 orders and at least 12 people who have paid so the jackets arrive in time for dockweiler. But it doesn't look like that will happen so Ill be shipping them

Yeah i understand, that was my original idea, but california has a ton of e30s and I think we represent the community harder than any other state. I also need a minimum order and needed to be sure i could sell enough, socal e30 leaves out alot of people. I'm really not trying to copy or pose off anyone. Just want to provide some cool jackets at an affordable price that we can wear and represent. If it's gonna be a big deal with logos, and copying names i'll just pull the plug on the whole thing.

It's sad that people are crying over the use of names and logos like MR LUGO is running a multi million dollar corporation here. He's just trying to make some cool jackets for others who love E30s too. What's he gonna make in profit, $5-$10 a jacket? WHOA, BIG MONEY. Better sue the guy.
