Feeler: FS 85 318i or Black Comfort Seats

So my car is no longer running anymore due to the transmission linkage getting messed up. I don't have the cash to fix it, so I am looking to see if anyone wants to buy the car as is now to do a swap, take parts or do whatever else they wanna do to it. Everything on the car works EXCEPT the linkage. It's unable to shift into any gear. Engine works fine, as do the electronics in the car. I also have the pink slip to go with the car.
    Car Info:
    1985 BMW 318i Coupe
    Beige
    183,XXX miles
    Price: $400 OBO.

If no one is interested in the car, then I will sell the Black Comfort Seats and Black Door Cards (Front and Rear). I would like to sell them either as a package together, or the seats together, or the cards together. No one seat or card sales. The driver seat has a small tear on the butt part of the seat, but no big deal.
    Price:
    Seats and Cards - $100
    Seats Only: $60
    Cards: $50

I will be in LA starting next Thursday, so if anyone wants the car or seats we can make the deal happen. If not, this thing gets the Cash for Junkers treatment.

    Thanks.

Yeah. I've got a real nice passenger side (doen't everyone?!) but the driver's side is a bit torn up. So, really, I just need the driver's side. But if they come as a pair, so be it, cheap enough.

Will is a great guy and was awesome to deal with.

I am very happy with the car but it's far from "clean" just so you and everyone knows.

Again, no complaints here of course.
