Car storage/work space wanted

I am looking for some room to store and work on my 2002 on a month to month basis. Any where in, near by, or between SF and San Rafael would be great. I would be happy to share the use of my tools (Hobart 140 MIG, air tools, and other nonsense) with other car guys that might be in the same space.
Let me know if you have anything or know of any other options (storage rental companies that allow you to work on your car?).
