fs: m30b34 with 5speed trans asking 400 obo

im selling the engine out of my old e24, m30b34 with the 5speed trans.
engine:
i bought the engine from bmr parts back in 2009 after on old engine went bad. i had the engine installed at all euro repair shop in laguna beach, when an old friend of the family used to work there. because the engine was bought from bmr parts, miles on the motor are unknown, how ever it still runs strong, and i never had any issues with it.
trans:
the trans has about 150,000 on it, but has no issues, it doesn't grind or have harsh engagements, when i had the engine changed we had a new sach clutch installed as well.
you also get:
ecu
engine harness
635 drive shaft
an extra valve cover
and any other stuff i have laying around for the engine
im asking $400 obo
