I went to school in Chico so I will just set cruise to 78mph it seems like they like anything above 80mph. I got xmradio on my phone and soundcloud. It comes with a phone to radio hook up so I'm good. If anything I can always use my ear phones, that's what I do now. just gonna roll a backpack with extra clothes, my touchpad and phone. I'm contemplating after grants pass if I should mob 101-1 back home. All I know is I get mad bored driving straight on I5 and it puts me to sleep.

Yeah, I5 is boring, but it gets you from point A to point B pretty quickly. If you head out to 101/1, you'll be adding several more hours onto the drive. Yeah its more scenic, but its more time in the car. That said, 299 west from Redding is pretty great. The coastal route will also be quite a bit cooler.
