Most local shops here in San Jose that claim they do rim repair actually just have Wheel Techniques come and pick up the wheels and do the repair.
California Wheels for one.
Then you pay more to the business that just farms out the work. Screw that! Oh, thanks for the header purchase! Still working on the way I am going to mount them. Want V band style flanges but the tubes are too close together for clearance.
