Look at it this way, cold air = power, and the odds of overheating are nil. Windshield fogging might be an issue. Good luck.

For the record, after a 5 mile drive to work that included a 5 minute idle while I picked up lunch, the oil temp on the M3 got to, maybe 130. The car wanted to go though.

same for me last night on 880. 2am it was so cold but even with 20-50 in the M3 it still ran fine

I was going to ask what the hell lemonade has to do with it but I just got it while typing out the sentence.

The cab's double rear bulkhead means the battery cable has to do a bit more snaking around than in a standard coupe/sedan, which means it ends up being a little short. The solution is to either a) lenghten it, b) make a whole new one or c) use a dremel/sawzall on the bulkheads and make a tiny notch on the bottom corner to allow the cable to pass more "straight" through from the passenger compartment to the trunk.

i ran mine through here so it needed to be longer

but if u cut here bottom left corner and run it through there the stock e30 one "should" work.
