does the pump itself buzz when you turn the ignition on? can you check for voltage?
are your fuel lines backwards

Lol as soon as you get this working you're gonna have a gas fountain. Is there no nut or anything on the wires you can poke a multimeter on?The first car I ever rode in was an e30

So here's what I've got going on.
No fuel
Checked power at the relay pump and fuse nothing
Figured out that the red wire coming into the relay is getting power but when you turn the car over the green violet isn't. Changed the relay with 3 different ones.
Now I'm onto sensors. Is there any sensors anywhere that could stop it from giving it power?

Ok this is what happened after I swapped engines in my e34.
It would crank but get no fuel to the rail. I checked voltage at the relay and only the constant on side had power. I checked voltage at the fuel pump and got nothing. Also got 0v at the fuel pump fuse.
I chased the problem for what seemed like forever but I finally tested the cps. No continuity. Turns out the harness was damaged. Fixed it up and the car fired.
I only mention this because the symptoms seem similar
