Ive been looking for a pair of New Balances but each pair i want are like 150+

Tis the life of a shoe connoisseur lol

I need to find shoes I like on sale or I can't buy them. I want nice kicks but I refuse to pay over $80 for any one pair. I had argue with myself for 2 hours to finally decide to buy my Free Runs which were about $95 about 4 years ago. I still wear them today, so yes; I'm glad I got them, but man it was a hard battle lol

Seeing as 3 of those pairs are ready to be tossed, and I can't wear the other 2 in rain; yes, I can splurge and buy $100 worth of shoes if it means they will last me another 2-3 years.

running shoes have a lifespan of 8-12 weeks of use. otherwise if you use them longer they break down and are no better than any other shoe. if you want a shoe that lasts longer, get light hikers or cross country shoes. but correct me if i am wrong about your budget. but even at what me/wife make i cant justify spending money on true running shoes, when i could spend that on way better tires. PS i cant burn out even in first gear on my 225 Rivals.

That's debatable my friend. It's all relative.

All immediate issues with my car have been addressed. You can't blame me for wanting to address immediate issues in my life now. I need shoes, but the problem with that is I like fashion; so tastes can get expensive, but I think I did a pretty good job of staying under my personal budget
