Hell yes it does. Those still have a number of uses, but none of those are in an engine. (paperweight, ashtray, door stop ect.) Since those are done, I wonder how bad the rest of the engine is.

This is exactly the reason I question people just installing an unknown engine in their car without doing a rebuild first. At this point, about the only thing that block is good for is being a coffee table. Until its stripped down, and totally rebuilt, its of little use.
