It should essentially.. The advice was given in such a way that it covers all basis of relational interaction. If they stay together, win. If they break up, I would have haved Vivek of dealing with a girl that doesn't have her act together and isn't worth the effort, so that's a win in the grand scheme of things. But then again, all this advice is optional; do whatever you seem fit ;)

I finally've got good things going for me, and I finally don't have a car payment anymore and am supporting all my expenses with my job.
